Eligibility

The website and waitlist are intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to register.

Waitlist Registration

Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation to purchase. Registration allows us to send information about the upcoming program, including launch announcements, early access, founder pricing, and related program updates or offers.

Registering for the waitlist does not enroll you in a paid program or authorize a charge. Details of founder pricing and early access will be provided before enrollment. Program pricing, availability, features, enrollment conditions, and any applicable purchase terms will be presented before you decide whether to purchase.

Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate contact information and not submit another person’s information without authorization. Name and email are required for registration. Providing a phone number and agreeing to receive marketing text messages are optional.

Email Communications

By registering for the waitlist, you request email communications about the upcoming program and the benefits associated with preregistration.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link included in those messages.

SMS Terms

If you separately consent to receive text messages from Life Force Sciences LLC, we may send automated marketing messages about the program launch, early access, founder pricing, and related program offers consistent with your consent.

Providing a phone number alone does not establish marketing-text consent. SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase or joining the email waitlist.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may cancel text messages by replying STOP to a message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we may send a final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive further marketing messages covered by that consent unless you opt in again.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

You may view and use the website for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit protected materials without permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Life Force Sciences LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or related to use of this website or waitlist.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Life Force Sciences LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the website, material breach of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, or fraudulent or intentionally wrongful conduct.

This provision does not require you to assume liabilities that cannot lawfully be shifted to you.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Before commencing formal litigation, you and Life Force Sciences LLC agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve a dispute directly. Written notice should describe the dispute and requested resolution.

The parties will generally have at least 30 days after receiving notice to attempt informal resolution, unless immediate legal action is reasonably necessary.

Unless applicable law requires another forum, legal proceedings must be brought in a state or federal court in Virginia with proper jurisdiction and venue.

Severability and No Waiver

If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and theHealth & Medical Disclaimer constitute the terms governing your use of this website and waitlist.

They do not replace any separate agreement you may enter into for a future paid program.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the website, waitlist, business practices, or legal obligations change. We will revise the Last Updated date when changes are made. Changes apply prospectively, subject to applicable law.
